AVA Workspaces Overview

AVA Workspaces is a powerful text editor built into your enterprise AI environment.

• Workspaces are unique to each Chat, Task and Knowledge Search session
• Workspaces are shared when you share a session with your team

Copying to the Workspace

In AVA, you will see a "Copy" icon next to chat messages and Task responses. This will load the content of that Chat message or Task response to your clipboard to paste into your workspace.

Editing your Content

AVA Workspaces provide a full-featured editing environment for formatting your documents. This gives you the chance to format your AI -written content in AVA before sending it on in an email or incorporating it in other business documents.

Editing with Markdown

For those familiar with markdown formatting (such as #, ##, ###, *, ** and more) to quickly format documents with headings, bold, italics and lists.

Exporting and Sharing from Workspaces

AVA Workspaces can be shared by clicking the "Copy" button on the top right above the formatting controls. Direct export to PDF, email and more is currently in development.
